Sustainable Chocolate, Sustainable Future
Our new production facility, completed in 2024, was designed
with sustainability at its core. We’ve minimized environmental impact
by ensuring that less than 1% of our production volume goes to waste.
The plant operates entirely on clean energy, with solar power as its primary source,
supported by a 1-megawatt battery system. Additionally, we’ve implemented
a natural cooling system using CO₂ and incorporated a 16,000-liter water battery
for thermal heat storage.
Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond the building itself,
with 5,000 m² of green space surrounding the facility. This area features
over 7,500 plants, more than 20 trees, and 2,000 snowberries, with the snowberries
specifically chosen to support the local bee population by providing a vital food source.
To further enhance our eco-friendly efforts, we’ve designed the grounds
with wadis to naturally filter and store rainwater.
This facility is a key step toward our ultimate goal: becoming
a zero-emission company. Protecting the planet is the only way
to ensure the future remains as rich and sweet as our chocolates.
